How soon can I receive my Sierra-Madre Purchase?
Delivery of Furniture items depends upon the type of item ordered and delivery location. In stock items will be delivered within four weeks to the United States (48 states). For Delivery times in Mexico review the FAQ section in Spanish. For locations other than the US (48) and Mexico please contact us by e-mail or phone.

What method of delivery will be used?
Within 300 kms of Monterrey Nuevo Leon we will use our own delivery vehicles. Elsewhere in Mexico we will use common carrier to make the delivery. Contact us by e-mail or phone and we will advise you as to the likely delivery date. Within the United States (48) we will use common carrier to complete the delivery. We will advise you in advance of the estimated date for delivery.

What is the cost for delivery?
Delivery charges for Sierra Madre Tubulares purchases vary by item and by delivery location. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on size and weight considerations. If you have any additional questions contact us by e-mail. Large orders will qualify for quantity shipping discounts. If returned because of defect please advise us in advance by e-mail or phone. We will make arrangements to replace, repair or return depending on the circumstances
If you are not satisfied for any other reason please contact us in advance by e-mail or phone. Our policy is that buyer pay the original shipping cost and return shipping cost and we will refund the original purchase price.
